Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because the guide is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, purchases are generally final once the download is available. If the file is faulty, or you were charged more than once, email us and we will fix it or refund you.

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before you submit your questionnaire, since nothing has been prepared yet.

Once your questionnaire is submitted, preparation starts and the purchase is generally final. If the delivered document is incomplete, does not follow the service description, or has a technical fault, tell us within 14 days and we will correct or regenerate it, or refund you if we cannot.

Included Business Support that came with a strategy ends if the strategy is refunded.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the current period. We do not refund the remaining part of a monthly or yearly period, except where the law requires it or in the first 7 days of a brand-new subscription if you have not used the chat.

If we end the service or materially reduce it during a paid period, we refund the unused part.
